How to Manage your Subscription
Payments are charged to your iTunes/Google Play Account at purchase confirmation and will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Renewals are charged within 24-hours prior to the end of the current subscription period at the original subscription price and term. You can manage your subscription at any time (and turn off auto-renew) by going directly to your iTunes/Google Play Account Settings.

How to Cancel your Subscription
Cancellations do not apply to the active subscription period and refunds will not be provided for the unused portion of the term. Your Hushed subscription number will remain active until the end of your billing period if cancelled. Use the links above to manage/cancel your subscription with iTunes or Google Play at any time (only iTunes/Google account owners can make changes to account settings). Your Hushed subscription number will expire at the end of the billing period once your subscription is cancelled with iTunes/Google Play.
How to Change your Subscription
To change your Hushed subscription number, first cancel your subscription with iTunes/Google Play using the links and instructions listed above. Once the current billing period ends, you can select new numbers by purchasing a new subscription through the 'Get New Number' menu under Hushed Phone.
How to Restore your Subscription
To restore any previous purchases that might have been lost you can do the following:
1. Go to Hushed App Settings (Click gear icon on top right of Main Menu screen) >> Account Settings >> Restore Purchases
2. Follow the instructions and in the event you are still missing any purchases contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
