Hushed numbers that are purchased on 'Prepaid' or 'Pay-as-you-go' plans cannot be changed or swapped for another number. If you do not wish to keep your number, please let it expire or delete it from your account.
- Minutes or SMS balances remaining on 'Prepaid' numbers are non-transferrable.
- Unlimited subscription numbers can be changed by first cancelling your subscription with iTunes/Google Play. Once the current billing period ends, you can select new numbers by repurchasing a subscription through the 'Get New Numbers' menu.
- If you're looking to apply your active subscription to another Hushed number that you already own, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to assist in transferring your subscription to the intended number.
