Interrupted Purchase (Android) - I made an in-app and my Google Play account was charged, but I didn't receive my purchase?

An interrupted purchase is what happens when you make a purchase via Google Play but do not receive your number package or credit package purchase.

Please contact us at support@hushed.com with your Google Play Order ID number. It will be listed on your Google Play confirmation email or receipt under the following format: GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXX

 


 

Once you have sent us your Google Play order number, our team can locate your purchase and apply it for you.

NOTE: This only applies to Google Play in-app purchases for credit packages and prepaid (non-Unlimited Plan) numbers.
