Interrupted Purchase (Android) - I made an in-app and my Google Play account was charged, but I didn't receive my purchase?

An interrupted purchase is what happens when you make a purchase via Google Play but do not receive your number package or credit package purchase.

Please contact us at with your Google Play Order ID number. It will be listed on your Google Play confirmation email or receipt under the following format: GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXX



Once you have sent us your Google Play order number, our team can locate your purchase and apply it for you.

NOTE: This only applies to Google Play in-app purchases for credit packages and prepaid (non-Unlimited Plan) numbers.
