Sign Up - Why can't I create an account?

If you're having trouble signing up for an account, please first make sure that the following requirements are met:

  • Ensure that your device has a strong wifi/data connection (attempt logging in on different networks if possible)
  • Verify that you are on the 'Sign Up' screen and NOT 'Log In'
  • Enter a valid email address
  • Enter a password of your choice with a minimum of 4 characters
  • Ensure that you have not already created an account under the same email address (if you may have done so, try using the 'Forgot Password' option on the 'Log In' screen)
